So when you finally go to storm the final dungeon, you have to make a three parties of 4 but the game has 14 playable characters, so which two do you usually leave behind?
I usually leave Gogo and Umaro behind since they are pure secret characters.

True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...
Ditto but I wish I didnt have to like there were 4 paths in the final dungeon (and 4 compulsary characters giving you a full party if you wanted to speed run the game)
Kefka's coming, look intimidating!
Have a nice day!!
Relm & Strago, but if you count the fact that I have Mog running through with a Moogle Charm you can add Gau, Umaro and Gogo to the list.
>>Am willing to change opinions based on data<<
Gau and Mog. Screw them
...
It changes every time, but next time I do it, I might consider a "No Bitches" run through, where I leave Celes, Terra and Relm.
Gau and Umaro generally. I have no room in my party for characters whose main thing is not being controlled at all (sure you can teach Gau magic, but Mog is better by default thanks to the Moogle charm, and Gogo at least has the benefit of not having to be taught a bunch of magic spells even if his stats do suck).
Gogo can blitz or use tools depending on the situation which makes him incredibly useful as a strong character, though. His stats don't mean so much.
...
I only played once. I think I left Gau and Umaro. I like Gau, but I didn't think he was up for the final stretch.
I always leave Cyan and Sabin because I never teach Cyan magic and think his swordtech ability is too risky because monsters will beat up on your party while his tech is loading if you have the game set on active. I always leave Sabin since I usually mess up his blitz commands :P
Lamia's Tiara- Headgear in FFIX
Lamia's Flute- Weapon for Eiko in FFIX
Lamia in FFV- a enemy
appearance: a lady with long brown hair, wearing a tiara...half woman and half snake.
Lamia in FF3j- A Harp
Lamia in FFL2- An enemy
FF2j Queen Lamia, at one point she even gets Frionel in a bedroom with her and jumps on the bed and says "take me!".. before she turns into her snakey self. She serves as a mini boss in this game (as Queen Lamia).. and after you fight her as a mini boss, regular lamia's become random foes and later on in the game, Queen Lamia's become random foes as well.
LamiaScl. an item that paralyzes foes.
According to legend, she was once a Libyan queen (or princess) who fell in love with Zeus. Zeus' jealous wife Hera deformed her into a monster and murdered their offspring. She also made Lamia unable to close her eyes, so that she couldn't find any rest from the obsessing image of her dead children. When Zeus saw what had be done to Lamia, he felt pity for her and gave his former lover a gift: she could remove her eyes, and then put them on again. This way, though sleepless, she could rest from her misfortune. Lamia envied other the other mothers and took her vengeance by stealing their children and devouring them.
Gogo and Umaro. Gogo's stats blow and since you can't put Espers on him they never go up, and I don't much care for berserker characters unless I control when they are and aren't berserk.
I'm going with the majority of Gogo and Umaro. Though in my later run throughs I've gone Terra alone. Or only Terra, Celes, and Relm.
Minerva makes the ladies too good not to take because of it's defensive status. The Cat hood is decent too.

Cyan and Umaro, I find them to be the weakest characters in the game, overall.
Cyan's sword-techs are weak for the time it takes to charge them and he has a limited set of weapons he can equip.
Umaro is just all-around useless.
I leave behind the uncontrollable characters. Meaning Gau and Umaro.
everything is wrapped in gray
i'm focusing on your image
can you hear me in the void?
Everyone.
