We started with 128 of the finest names Eyes on Final Fantasy had to offer. The first round was a bloody massacre, leaving us with only 64 survivors. The second round was the same, halving the pack. We pitted names against each other until at last we were left with two. Pant Leg Eater from the Bad World vs Foob. The Juggernaut vs The Dark Horse. Who would come out on top?

The time is now upon us to see which name will stand atop the rest as this year's Spring Champion. After a long (very long) and arduous journey, here, at the pinnacle, is your champion.

After a perfect start to the round, our grand champion remained strong and took 1st place with two-thirds of the popular vote. That, my friends, is a flawless victory. Nice going, Pant Leg Eater. It's a long name that's unique so it deserves to win, even if you hadn't registered to EoFF with it. Though, I have to say that I'm disappointed by how Jiro ran this. Usually these should take two weeks, but he decided that he needs at least 15 votes per round made this take longer than necessary. Uncool, Dak.
