Assume that the person has been either been maimed or robbed. Begin to worry. Text another person who knows him well to ask them if they've seen him around recently. Them not answering the phone could also mean that they've lost it or it's been stolen. Similar things have happened where I tried to reach someone when we had something to do together and they ended up getting robbed. Their iphone was stolen along with money and their ipod. They had to go to the precinct to file a police report.

I'd probably be pretty aggravated. But I'd wait about ten more minutes, and if nothing, leave. I wouldn't call or text him after that either, I'd wait for him to come crawling back to me.
