When did DTing a "recognized member" become a firing offense?

In other news, my coworked convinced me that would be able to sell Ghost Recon a week early. I don't know why I believed him but whatever, then I did get confused when he said he was joking. "Wait.. so we aren't selling it a week early or we are Ironic that I made this thread earlier!
