We just got home from the farmer's market, so I juiced two apples, a lemon and a knob of ginger, heated the juice on the stove, and threw in two shots of whiskey, some honey and cinnamon. Take that, cold!

I am currently downing my fourth Mojito in a beach bar at the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Mine and the missus' flight back to the UK is at 7am tomorrow morning (12 hours from now). We have decided to power on through and not go to sleep. Stay tuned to see whether we make it!
