edit: for example, chimp is 6'3 and 190 lbs, but he's pretty lean. If he gained 20 lbs, because he's so tall, he'd look more like me, but wouldn't be as lean.

It's very difficult to get 200 lbs of lean body mass. I'd wager it's almost impossible to do natty.

But I'm going off topic so I'll stop now.
If I dropped to an extremely low body fat percentage I could probably get close to 200lbs. But something to keep in mind is that I not only gain weight and muscle mass quite readily, I'm also a fairly stocky build strangely enough. My height is fairly evenly distributed between my legs and my torso. To put things into perspective, my dad is 5'11" and has longer legs than me. My sister actually wears the same inseam I do, but she's only 5'7" maybe 5'8". So I'm a stocky build, have quite a bit of muscle mass, especially in my legs and torso, and am over 6 feet tall. I was down around 200lbs. maybe 6 years ago or so, but honestly, I was shedding muscle mass just as much as fat to get down there despite being pretty lean at the time, and all I was doing was long, slow running like most people do when they're trying to lose weight. Since I started doing CrossFit and focusing heavily on strength training I put on a lot of muscle compared to then, which is kind of funny since I'm normally such a big guy.

I wasn't really made to be 200lbs. I was made to kill things with my bare hands.
