Square Enix heads to India

There's a competition running in India where budding delevopers can design a game for Square Enix, potentially landing themselves a job, getting their project published and taking home a nice prize. It's nice to see game development being spread around, which might see some wider variety in content and influences in art etc.

Good that they're lookin in other places and that they're going to give the team some money for their trouble in addition to being employed by the company.

This is an interesting development. Hopefully, acquiring some talent outside of Japan and the United States will bring a refreshing type of gameplay to the industry, perhaps?
