When I was in the US I
Complained about how awful the tea was
Aggressively corrected anyone who pronounced words like 'aluminium' wrong
Refused to tip for even great service
Was verbally outraged about the lack of a full English Breakfast on the menus
Insisted on driving on the left side of the road
Put hand to Heart and shouted "God Save The Queen!" everytime I saw something British.
Referred to the East (where I was) as "The Colonies" when talking about where I was. i.e - "It's grand to be over here in The Colonies old boy!" Or "Out of my way Johnny Foreigner, I'm from the motherland you know! Bloody Colonies"

So yes, I represented my country perfectly. Can't wait to go back in June!

I actually have a speech or some such (it's more like a recitation of a list) - 10 things you can't say in Canada.

I say it in USA every time I visit.

The only place I'd probably be pretty touristy in is Italy because I'd want to take pictures of everything and then have them framed on my wall.

I think I'm a good tourist. Before I went to Japan I studied the language every day for three solid months so that I could communicate better. That's good, right? My friend kept telling me not to stand there looking at a map like some tourist, but, as a blue-eyed blond, I don't think anyone was about to confuse me for a local anyway.
