Well, I think no matter their race, any woman with the right body shape (athletic and well-endowed) can portray Tifa properly. It's weirder to see Asian women trying to portray blondes and gingers. I can understand how looking at an Asian Zidane might feel a little weird, but it just reminds me of the story of Gokuu the Monkey King. Any time you have a hyper, mischievous, thieving humanoid with a tail and keen fighting skills, you can recall this tale. I'm still waiting for someone to try to portray Vivi properly.
