Only under state socialism. Large numbers of socialists aren't state socialists, including basically all libertarian socialists (state socialism is pretty much incompatible with libertarian socialism by definition, since libertarian socialism involves devolving government and corporate power).
In almost all (if not all) communist countries, the internet is heavily restricted (or in some cases, outright banned).
Communism is not synonymous with socialism, and the existing countries that identify as communist do not represent the views of large numbers of people who identify as communist - to name three examples,
left communists,
council communists, and
Luxemburgists.
I would find it hard to believe that a socialist government would be very supportive of a privately owned internet forum about a product created by capitalists.
This is, of course, once again assuming state socialism. There are plenty of other forms of socialism, such as
syndicalism,
mutualism,
market socialism,
participatory economics, and
libertarian socialism.
And I am not familiar with the above-cited "liberal attacks on Christians and gun owners." And liberals can be equated with socialists now? I think each of them would be surprised to learn that.
