Quite a gutless performance from France last night. The game was such a dull affair throughout and I felt they never gave them a real go. The only team who is capable of taking out Spain has to be Germany. Would like to see a different winner at the end though. Should be a great match tonight.

We've not pressured Pierlo enough. That's for sure. Though it seems Andy Carrol was given instructions to do just that. Every time I've seen Pierlo on the ball I've noticed Carrol not far away which is good stuff.

Italy were the better team imo, they deserved the win but all that shirt tugging in the Italian box really pissed me off.
