Most of the tabletop roleplaying games i play have been a bit too combat heavy and boring due to the dm's lack of imagination. Except for the time one of my crazy friends dm'd but that ended up being me and him staring each other down to see which of us was more genre savvy and the other three players were just along sitting there along for the ride and getting in the way of our battle of the wits, so while I enjoyed it imensely it probably wasnt as fun for the normals.

I like the New World of Darkness system, Shadowrun and Dnd 3.5
