Hmm... How many people voted for just one person? How could he be in first if one of every two people gets voted for? I never said he'd win. I said we've seen him before. In every single person's tournament, Cloud pops up. When faced with the opportunity to see someone else step up, no takers. Like I said, this is why voting for a winner doesn't work. The result will always be the same... unless you suggest certain characters have different abilities from different points of their particular story. Like would Level 1 Cloud win against Level 13 Vaan? Or if he didn't have his Buster Sword or couldn't use limits or materia. Or maybe you give a character access to spin-off abilities like Yuna's Dresspheres or Vincent's ability to wield his Death Penalty while in Chaos mode. My point is, change it up. It's old.
I'm currently trying to pick up where Void left off writing an actual tournament, but I get kind of caught up in the story so I have to be careful otherwise the action will slow and people will lose interest.

Oh. Wut? Cloud is a main character, so he is in it. If there were a bunch of better people who were more popular he would be number one to go away.
