I have many, but one stands above all and that one is The X-Files. Just too many damn memories to be otherwise.

My dad is all excited because he got the complete first season of "Maverick" in the mail the other day. That's his all-time favorite show. He used to show it to me when I was a kid. It's been a long time, but it's still great to watch.
Only one mention of The Wire in almost 20 posts? Dreadful, EoFF.
Aside from the extremely well-written stories, the great characters, and even greater acting, there is a nearly unprecedented level of realism and striking social and political commentary. It is simply an amazing show.
While I can't really argue against The Wire, I would have to second The Simpsons because it was able to attain a level of comic perfection that will probably never be matched. The sheer number of classic characters, episodes, catchphrases, spoofs and heck other shows it helped inspire make it the pinnacle for me.
Take care all.
The first ten or so seasons of The Simpsons.
I like Kung-Fu.
Rocko's Modern Life of course!
and I've never even heard of half these shows you all talk about. The Wire? wtf is that. Unless it's on Discovery History MTV or Cartoon network and sometimes Travel Chanel it should be canceled!
The Wire, Blackadder, Father Ted, Frasier, Seinfeld, Only Fools & Horses, Fawlty Towers, Green Wing, Cracker....meh there's more & it all depends what mood I'm in, which oe wins.
The first person to say Downton Abbey gets their face cut.
Hi guys,
My name is am shane. I really like to watch TV in my free time. so my favorite tv show is "The A-Team " .I am impressed with the topic of this show.
Stargate SG-1 is still probably my favourite show of all time.
A lot of my personal favorite shows are ones that were really really great, and then turned crappy eventually.
I think the first two seasons of Alias are so ridiculously good. The first season of Lost is flawless. In terms of just solid consistency, I'd say I Love Lucy and The West Wing. It took both shows a good while to go bad.
But the lows are really smurfing low. Grey's Anatomy's lows are worse than most shows I've ever seen. That musical episode was a crime against television.
Babylon 5
