Cool Ideas for new Game Fansites?

Myself and a friend recently launched a new game network called Bodhum. We want to build a collection of useful products for gamers - websites, walkthroughs, forums, fansites, character shrines, etc etc...

I can definitely help when it comes to the initial groundwork. I am super comfortable coding HTML5/CSS3/JS/PHP, plus we have extra space on our web servers to host any new launches. And some money to buy up domain names. The problem is that we don't have any great ideas to move forward!

We want to work with other passionate gamers who have an idea focused on a series or gaming concept. Even aside from Final Fantasy you could consider Pokemon, Monster Rancher, YGO, GTA, Katamari, the list is very long
