The atma weapon? it can be used by edgar, terra, celes, and i think cyan. and the more hp you have the bigger it gets.
I don't know if this is in the faq's, you hack, find, google, or whatever but this.
If the game loops with magpwr by leveling up stats and you cast ultima what's a low range of damage. If you just guess and don't know then you'll have to trust I'll let you know how close you were.
