Oh, easily Galuf. For me, it's actually debatable whether or not Galuf or Giglamesh get top spot. Probably still Gilgamesh, but these two... nobody comes close. Do they?

I remember when I was playing FFV for the first time, it ws with my cousin, and we both couldn't stop laughing at what craziness Galuf was doing. He was either doing random stuff, or using his amnesia as an excuse. The best part was when the mermaid tried to kill them all - everybody was like "no, my parent...", and Galuf was just like "Dafuq are you?" One of the most hilarious scenes in the game
Galuf had a lot of funnies, often at Bartz's expense. Bartz also was funny, though he was mostly the butz of the jokes.
