A lot of you have never been into #eoff, and many who have rarely return. But #eoff has been a mainstay of this website for the longest time now, and is a place filled with joy and wonder. Forget the weird metaphors I was aiming for earlier; #eoff is a fantastic place where we can all get to know each other in real time conversation. There is a history written in the chat logs, a history of drama and romance, of courage and conflict – and that’s before we even get to Dokal.
Maybe newbies to EoFF find themselves taking shelter in #eoff before they even reach the forum’s doors. There, they find themselves with good company, many of which are nominated here today, but not all. The realm of #eoff has many members, some more talkative than others, but all as important as each other. In addition to the fine faces of our members, there are also a couple of bots, including ever helpful Yumitsuka and that bitch Meredy who never smurfing tells me my ping. But I digress.
While #eoff has been an important and sometimes undervalued facet of our fine establishment, it is a home to many of our members who no longer make the journey across to the forum proper. It is here that we may interact, talking and joking and becoming friends, sharing our deepest secrets in #tot or playing trivia in the aptly named #trivia. I promise you, it is not nearly as terrifying as you might think. An exciting world of real time chatting exists in #eoff, and I encourage you to make the leap and give it a look. You might find the love of your life, or maybe just a couch to sleep on. Thanks, kiwi. And thanks, #eoff. Keep on rocking.
