Nani may have been bad tonight, but he was no worse than RVP and Valencia. Honestly, our big flair players, Kagawa excepted, were just terrible. Valencia couldn't cross, Nani couldn't shoot with any power, RVP couldn't keep the ball, Scholes misplaced too many passes. What the hell happened to them? We are certainly going to have to get a lot better if we want to progress. Though after last years campaign I'll take any kind of win in the first game.
Personally I wouldn't take it too badly, we played well against other teams this season already and this may have just been an "off day" for a few of our bigger players. I'm not worried, let's put it that way.
