I haven't watched United that closely this year, but when I have Carrick always seems to be having a great game, so I don't see the fuss about him getting a nomination. I guess people don't like players who can't make them look good on FIFA though.

EDIT: And seriously, I knew a biter at intermediate (that's around ages 10-12), and Suarez has a lot of similarities to the guy. He wasn't for Uruguay, but the just had a similar look and, uh... persona. He was bullied as a kid and tended to bite the bullies, although he bit other people if they pissed him off sometimes. I wonder what Suarez's story is. I'm also imagining a little 'Controversial XI' in my head but I don't know enough of the older players to call it.
