First day is basically spam day, because without knowing who voted for who and who turned up as what when they died, we really have nothing to go on when voting.

Traditionally, there'd be a lynch on Day 1 and then Day 2 would go from there, but this way we get some voting out of the way without anyone being pointlessly slaughtered based on nothing.

I was lynched day 1 in a Mafia game once. It sucked. :P I didn't get to play at all.
