I have only played 7-10 in the Final Fantasy series but from what I remember most of the sex innuendos are scenarios that kind of say it could of happened or it could not of happened.

Of any rpg I have played Xenogears gives absolutely the strongest indications of people having sex. Ramsus and Miang have a scene together where they are undressed in a bed talking in the middle of the night.

Fei and Elly start kissing and then the scene cuts to Elly lying in the bed with no clothes on and Fei is standing up by the bed doing jumping jacks, lol. Xenogears was intended for a little older audience than Final Fantasy games were so that is why they were probably a little more straightforward about people being sexually active.

The important thing to remember here is that Elly is the Mother.

Fei will go on to more or less kill his father.

Also don't forget Miang at one point made fun of Tiny Test Tube Ramsus in order to psychologically scar him forever. She then went on to sleep with him.
