I couldn't find where he originally said this one, but I really like this quote by him:

This tactic used by the British lawyers is still recalled as Newton's Law of Gavel Tea.
The higher courts skip tea altogether and make do by snacking on the fruit that inspired Newton's Law - that's why they're called the Apple-et Courts.
