Most of the list are one hit wonders.

Maybe four or five of the artist/bands actually had careers that lasted beyond the 80s.

Nothing from Country/Western music, but the list spans a few genres like rap, new wave, pop, metal, and more.

Weird Al has only done a parody of one of the songs.

I was born in the 90s, but here in Poland it was more like the 80s then, and the music on the radio was mainly American 80s stuff, so yeah! I'm in, biatch! Your eardrums shall burst!
