We know the cast of FFVIII play in a band at one point. One time, once. We know that Yuna is a goddamn pop princess in X-2. Bartz can play a mean piano. But are there are other characters with musical talent? Only one way to find out: put 'em in a band.

Cloud certainly has the hair for a rocker. Can't imagine what he'd play, though.
Any of the more prominent females in the series could be a lead singer.
Barret would be on the sax, definitely.
Squall seems like a bass player to me.

Sin plays the triangle.
Kuja plays the banjo.
Golbez plays the Kazooie.
Exdeath plays the jugs, but often struggles because of his mask.

I still dont get how all 4 members in FFVIII all knew how to play any of the 8 instruments. Surely it cant have been part of thier SeeD training.
