Worst SE soundtrack?

We all know SE is dope on the violin, but what about the musical flops?

I'd like to present to the Jury Just Cause 2 (SE London)

While the gameplay is phenomenal, the score is at the very best, mediocre.
If it had had a better ST, I feel it could have been game of the year.

Was SE even involved in development there? I can't even think of a standout bad soundtrack.
