Unfortunately, I never got to read the manga. I've spent so many hours reading on wikipedia, but I don't a.) know where to buy the manga b.) have the money to buy an entire manga series. They're expensive, and usually run for a long time.

There are things I do like about the English dub better than the original, mainly the soundtrack is just better but other than that and nostalgia that makes me love it, I do prefer the Japanese anime and manga more. I hope they keep Mamoru talking to his four Generals even after their debut. In fact, my favorite thing about the anime is that they fleshed out the villains more, I absolutely love Prince Endymion's Four Generals.

More dudes in this thread than chicks. Totally legit. No, I mean, Sailor Moon does rock. I used to watch it on Cheez TV all the time and when it ran before Dragon Ball Z it was like I was being assaulted with the feminine and masculine and my mind didn't know which it was supposed to take in more of.

For nostalgia kicks to go with Sailor moon, they did just announce yesterday that they will be producing ONE MORE animated Dragon Ball Z Film

I'm REALLY excited for this. I have the English and Japanese versions of the complete anime in box set DVD's. I tried re-re-rewatching the series and just couldn't get into it. Hopefully this will get me back into it, and hopefully the new anime will be more directed to older audiences...hopefully. And now that the manga's being rereleased (and more importantly, this means I'll be able to find them at much cheaper prices), I can finally learn firsthand what's actually supposed to go down in Stars.
