Well what isn't mentioned there is the size those 5 - 6 meals a day ought to be. Clench both hands as fists, put them side by side. No meal bigger than that should ever pass your lips at any given time. When looking at it like that, it's quite easy to eat 5 - 6 meals a day. Especially when training hard in the gym.
I know that they're supposed to be smaller meals, but there's no real benefit for eating 5-6 meals a day versus eating 3 meals a day. In fact, I get by on 2 meals a day quite often.
