Celes hates weak men?

It states on Final Fantasy Wikia (Celes Chere - The Final Fantasy Wiki has more Final Fantasy information than Cid could research) that Celes has a hatred of "weak men." However, I could not find any reference in the game to this. Who is the official source of this information (along with character birthdates, etc.)? Has Squaresoft confirmed it?

If so, does Celes hate weak men throughout the game, or only as an Empire general?

It's stated in the Settai Shiryu Hen character/World books. They are like the early predecessor of the Ultimania Guide books. I also think the FF 20th Anniversary Ultimania may have reconfirmed this, but I will have to W-Check. The SSH books stated Terra has a love of Moogles which was never delved into much in the game but Dissidia certainly confirmed it.

Terra's love of Moogles probably stems from the fact that her first memories after being freed from the slave crown are being saved by them

I wonder what else they did with her, then. Maybe there's a more... physical reason she loves moogles.
