    Default 5 Favorite FF Tracks

5 favorite themes from any FF OST. Explain. (But if you want, I guess you can post just your one and only favorite theme if you don't like ranking.)

(SPOILER)I love FF7 and will always side with it no matter what, but seriously, the soundtrack was truly the best. So my favorite 5 tracks are going to be from FF7. Don't get angry at my opinion.

EDIT: There are so many other tracks from FF7 that are just so great, if I did a top 15, there still might be only FF7 music.

    5. [FF7] Sandy Badlands (Corel Prison Theme): It gave you an isolated feeling, like you were actually imprisoned and had no where to look ahead to. Alongside a great story of Barret's background, this theme was the filling and icing to the cake.

    4. [FF7] Those Chosen by the Planet: This track captured fear, shock, anxiety, and suspense all in one piece. You can feel the fires of Nibelheim burning and Sephiroth's blade shimmering through the vicious flames.

    3. [FF7] Anxious Heart: The name of this track is perfect. It makes you anxious inside, but really wants to search all around and find a way to move on. This track gives me nostalgia and makes me yearn for more of the game's story.

    2. [FF7] Main Theme/World Map (and all variations): One of, if not THE, biggest "stoked" feeling I have ever felt in gaming. Going through this big journey inside of Midgar, a large city basically in power, but corrupt in so many ways. We step out of the city, which feels like a world in itself, but then the jaws dropped. We step out and see this huge new perspective of the game. The theme itself is also powerful, peaceful, and gets your spirits up that there is something good ahead in your path.

    1. [FF7] Tifa's Theme: The innocence of this track proves what a masterpiece it is. It accompanies Tifa's character so well and amplifies her personality. This piece really soothes me down and is beautiful in so many ways. I don't care if it feels too repetitive. There is nothing wrong with repeating something great.

No time for "Dilly-Dallying" or "Shilly-Shallying."
Props go to the one and only, Proxy, for the signature.
