abusive customers

I couldn't work in retail again. I just have no time for idiot customers. This example is more stupid than abusive.

I remember re-setting a password for a customer when I was at the bank...

Me: "OK. Here is your new password."
Customer: "Yes?"
Me: "Capital 'N', small 'c'"
Customer: "Yes?"
Me: "Six"
Customer: "Is that a capital six?"
Me: "...yeah......why not?"
