Or really anyone, male or female, only 5'1". That's some major jumping skills.

On a similar subject, I was at my uncle's house over the weekend and the gold medal women's basketball game was on, and he was commenting, in response to my cousin's question, that a mere ~6' woman who was a SG/SF on the USA's team couldn't dunk because she's "just a girl." I disputed him that it was impossible, but couldn't back it up with anything concrete. You should upload a video I can send to him (and also so I can curse my white man's knees in shame).
I use to do long jump in Track & Field. One thing that makes me compete better is people telling me I can't do something or just in general, doubting my abilities. Sometimes I tell people to leave the trash talk at home, because that's what I feed off of when dealing in competitive sports. When I ever feel up to actually playing on a basketball court again, I'll get around to recording it. Couldn't be at a worse possible time though -- my knee was recently injured while I was running with my dog.

Don't feel bad. I don't know how to throw a frisbee. I don't even know how to throw a Wii frisbee. WHY DO THEY MAKE IT SO HARD AND WHY CAN'T IT JUST GO IN THE DIRECTION I WANT IT?
