So an attorney that I work for is a nice little old lady with this tiny little dog that she adores. The dog has godparents. She graduated from Florida State and is obsessed with the place, and recently bought her dog a little doggy FSU cheerleader outfit.

The boss is another character. He has refused to shave since he came back from vacation recently because it doesn't matter as his face is "ugly enough" even without shaving. He also told me that he absolutely loves his job, despite the fact that most of his clients will statistically be guilty of something, because he finds it personally hilarious when he can pull one over on the prosecutor. This is the attorney whose first words to the pot pie guy in the OP were "you made CNN!"
