No ACTUALLY it isn't. This is the TGS 2010 trailer:

It was part of the larger FNC trailer that had the FFXIII conclusion video at the beginning and the FF Type-0 in the middle and ended with Versus XIII.

The gameplay trailer posted in my earlier post was released on Jan 18, 2011 at the "Square Enix 1st Production Department Premier" conference.
