I didn't sell the phones, but I did work at a cell phone provider call center when the iPhone 4 came out. You have my condolences.
My other half worked for AT&T when the original iPhone came out, as you can imagine it's mass hysteria. I know that's how it's going to be but my trainer is basically like "lol you guys will be ok don't worry" but I know 99% of my chats are going to be about it so. Not looking forward to it.

Believe it or not, that question takes me back. Call centers would be much more tolerable if employees could tell people to go smurf themselves.
the last job i had i was actually able to hang up on people if they were getting rude which was nice because there are some rooty poos out there, i think my instructor said the same of this job.
