Hmmmm thats a tough one. Though they both are kinda the same just with diffrent paint jobs XD. Though I'll have to go with Ex-death just cause I like him more.

Dark Cloud is more of a sudden random pop-out of the last moments villlian.
Technically, Cloud of Darkness would win this. Cloud of Darkness IS the Void, while Exdeath merely uses the Void until he is consumed by it. More interesting would be NeoExdeath vs Cloud of Darkness, since that would be pitting two incarnations of the Void against each other.
