Question What movie/cartoon series was this from (if it even exists).

I keep remembering a cartoon (which may have been a movie) from when I was a kid, but all I can remember is that at the end of the cartoon (I would guess) the characters all sing a song about how they "saved the music" - the only lyrics I remember are "we saved the music" and one part of the song mentioning "a little girl" who was a character in the cartoon, but I'm not sure what she looked like. I don't even remember the plot, other than the given fact that they had to "save the music". I'm almost convinced that I might have dreamed this - as a kid, and even today I sometimes have dreams about cartoons that don't exist, so there is a chance that I had a dream that showed that song scene as a child (and the cartoon doesn't really exist) and I misremembered it as an adult as a real cartoon. However, it is unlikely for me to have created the song in my dream from nowhere - I have had many dreams where music is in some way involved, but it always a song I know from elsewhere, and more often than not playing in real life at the same time (I sleep with my radio on all night, so its songs somehow get into my dreams - it's strange!)

I don't think it's "Oscar's Orchestra" if anyone's thinking of that - there is a little girl, and the show is about saving music, but whatever the girl looked like, she didn't look like that, and I never saw the finale of that show.

I dreamed a dream that blended Dancing in the Street, Footloose, and You Make My Dreams Come True all into one song. It was SOOO damned weird. My radio was NOT on.
    Jack: How do you know?

Will: It's more of a feeling really.

Jack: Well, that's not scientific. Feeling isn't knowing. Feeling is believing. If you believe it, you can't know because there's no knowing what you believe. Then again, no one should believe what they know either. Once you know anything that anything becomes unbelievable if only by virtue of the fact you now... know it. You know?

    Will: No.

If Demolition Man were remade today

Huxley: What's wrong? You broke contact.
Spartan: Contact? I didn't even touch you.
Huxley: Don't you want to make love?
Spartan: Is that what you call this? Why don't we just do it the old-fashioned way?
    Huxley: NO!
    Spartan: Whoa! Okay, calm down.
Huxley: Don't tell me to calm down!
Spartan: What's gotten into you? 'Cause it sure as hell wasn't me.
Huxley: Physical relations in the way of intercourse are no longer acceptable John Spartan.
Spartan: What? Why the hell not?
Huxley: It's the law, John. And for your information, the very idea that you suggested it makes me feel personally violated.
Spartan: Wait a minute... violated? Huxley what the hell are you accusing me of here?
Huxley: You need to leave, John.
    Spartan: But Huxley.
    Huxley: Get out!
Moments later Spartan is arrested for "violating" Huxley.

By the way, that's called satire. Get over it.
