For those of you who have not seen this, LOOK!
Top Ten Worst Disney Sequels
And also, this:
Top Five LEAST Awful Disney Sequels
And I pretty much agree with what has been said in those videos.
Mighty Ducks 2 is the best Disney sequel ever.
Proud to be the Unofficial Secret Illegal Enforcer of Eyes on Final Fantasy!
When I grow up, I want to go toBovineTrump University! - Ralph Wiggum
Working off the ones ive seen on Shauna's List
The Jungle Book 2
If my memory serves me well I actually liked it better than the original, The songs were just as well composed and better performed. The art maybe wasnt as ornate but it was much brighter and more vibrant
The Rescuers Down Under
I know I liked this one too but I cant remember it well
The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea
Great singing voices, mediocre songs, mediocre plot, mediocre art
The Return of Jafar
This was a great sequel, the songs were great, the story was well told and I didnt really notice the art as being much worse than the original
Aladdin and the King of Thieves
Genie lost all subtlty in his popculture references which was annoying, but other than that I didnt LOVE the msuic or the story.
The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride
This is a tough one, when I watched it I thought it was OK it but looking back, I cant really remember much about anything I liked
Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World
For some reason I just didnt enjoy this one much, but apparently it was more historically acurate to what actually happened than most disney movies so meh
The Hunchback of Notre Dame II
I could not sit through a minute of this unfortunately. The art was hideous. And I am well aware of the irony of me judging this movie based on it's appearances, but I loved THOND and didnt want it ruined for me so I stopped watching
Mulan II
I hated Mulan II. I only enjoyed one song (Not counting the reprise of a girl worth fighting for), but the morale of the story didnt mesh well with me, and the background art was ridiculously bland. Mushu also became a dick. (I know he was a dick before but it was funnier then)
Stitch! The Movie
I hated Lilo's voice and dialogue in this movie. I guess it was just a setup to the series but the dialogue annoyed me
Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch
Not bad but not really necessary
Leroy and Stitch
It was ok im sure it wouldve had a strong impact had I watched the whole series beforehand
Brother Bear 2
This was as good as the original but the original wasnt that great
Kefka's coming, look intimidating!
Have a nice day!!
OH GOD HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME TWO
The Hunchback of Notre Dame is one of the most terrifying, adult, and complex movies Disney ever made. The sequel ruins all of that.
I remember being a 4 year old, pissing myself in theatres, because of the HELLFIRE GARGOYLES RAPE trout going on, and I'm pretty sure my grandmother was mortified she took her 4 year old granddaughter to see it.
It is the most beautiful Disney movie, along with Beauty and the Beast. Good thing I never got to see the sequels to those two
He talks about how he's supposed to be this good man of God. But she makes him lustful, and he wants to rape her. But since she's a dirty gypsy woman, he's going to watch her burn instead.
So pretty much, yeah. With just a hint of HOLIER THAN THOU COS GOOD CHRISTIANS NEVER DO BAD THINGS etc etc
He was not a Friar or a member of the church. He was a Judge. (In the book he was an ArchDeacon or something but in the book pretty much everyone dies)
Kefka's coming, look intimidating!
Have a nice day!!
What the hell is wrong with some of you? The Little Mermaid II is the worst movie ever made. The characters make no sense, it ignores that Ursula was originally supposed to be Triton's sister, and Prince Eric's voice is terrible. I hate that movie.
The Little Mermaid III is pretty good though. Mulan II is okay, despite using a Chinese setting to promote very un-Chinese morals. I really like Cinderella III.
