I am definitely up for this. Those dates are good for me.
I voted Manchester because I'm a lazy smurfer but I'd be more than happy to travel to Birmingham.
In fact, if Psy and Iceglow have confirmed then it might be better to have the resulting damage happen away from my hometown.
Manchester is will be easier for Shauna and Locky, though.
Good thinking by only giving people two options. Threads like this typically end up with people screaming 10 different cities and then nothing happens as the thread dies out.
