I've honestly never even heard of the term fag hag before, let alone it's male equivalent.

Thinking about the girls I know who are like that - and the guys involved - I think the term Bitch is applicable all around! By attitude for the "fag hags" and just being forever friend zoned on the male equivalent side. The bloke would certainly be their bitch.
