Wow, good choice with this one, Psy. I never would've thought of this one, but I absolutely agree. This song (and its many renditions throughout the game) is beautiful. My favourite time you hear it is when you're on the Red Rose after the events of Cleyra.

I love Beatrix. She's one of the coolest characters in the game. You hate her so much! I remember becoming emotionally connected to her, but negatively, because of how terrible she was! Then later, when she redeems herself, you start to adore her. Once she finally comes into her own towards the end of the game, you love her. And who doesn't love the letter scene between her and Steiner? Beatrix is a very human character, which is why I think she appeals to so many people.

Another great character theme from FFIX is Freya's theme.

Oh gross dude she's got three variations of her theme, the two you wrote about and also The Sword of Doubt, which is the one that plays when you fight her.

But, yes! It is a great group of themes. I also agree with Sam above that Freya's theme (and variations) are awesome. A Face Unforgotten is my favourite track from 9.

Excellent character to choose for a list of themes. I really like the rendition from katethegreat19, she brings a whole new life to the song. It's a shame that Beatrix couldn't become a full time party member! I know she would have a permanent place in my active team.

Beatrix's themes are the most memorable tracks from the entire FFIX soundtrack. I think the differences between the two really emphasise the different parts of her personality and combine to create some of the greatest tracks Nobuo Uematsu every created.

I never once considered Loss of Me to be a bit of Engrish, because it fits Beatrix so well. Now that it's been pointed out, it's so obvious! xD

Great selection so far. I also love Freya's theme. Holy damn, it's brilliant.
