80s Pop Music

[Forsaken Lover]

So the Eighties - like I said in the 80s movies thread, I love this decade. While it gave us a lot of great TV and films, I will always love the 80s for the music.

Sure there's the a lot of great 80s metal and rock but I wanted to keep this limited in scope. Plus if I'm honest, I love 80s pop more.

I could list dozens upon dozens of 80s pop tunes I love. However I'll just relax and start with one. I don't want to blow my load too early.

I think that video was the first music video I ever saw. I think I was like... two? I don't even remember.

As for me, I love a lot of 80s music, and I could go on forever, but of course I'll just name a few. I really like "I'm In The Mood For Dancing" by The Nolans. I also really liked some of Bananarama's music.

And for pop ballads, I'll always love "If We Hold On Together" by Diana Ross. I was so obsessed with The Land Before Time.

Also... I think I loved nearly every Whitney Houston song that came out in the 80s.
