You said no to mrs weasley. Fleur and Hermy are students. Lily, Alice, Marlene and Emmeline are dead. So that leaves tonks. Unless you mean Ms Figg, who is a squib and not a witch. Or if your'e adding someone to the Order whom isn't part of it.
