Anyways, which one should I go with between my personal obscure favourite and the really obscure favourite?

I guess I'll go with the really obscure favourite and give you a few hints to even things out:

He/she shows up in less than eight episodes (It's not Dischord, I'll throw that out there)
He/she doesn't have any plush or plastic figures of themselves (I'm 85% sure of this one)
