The rent is too damn high. :kaoangry:

I'm moving to Brooklyn in a few short months with my boyfriend and we were scouting neighborhoods, trying to figure out which areas are fun, lively and safe, without being bank-rapingly expensive. There are so few areas that fit this, it makes me want to weep. And most of those areas are an incredibly far commute from my job/would be an apartment the size of a Tokyo broom closet.
