I'm only good if I have to lie, but I usually get caught if in a bind. Usually the little lies that don't do much harm, I can do pretty good. I usually hate to lie though, so I try not to do it so often.

even a basic white lie can cause me a lot of anxiety and I really never lie anymore as a result.
