I'm a bit dubious about the language used in here. To me, this seems to be a flaw in the website, but who the smurf tries to donate overseas. They ran this "test" and used it to claim that clearly Obama is going out of his way to fundraise from overseas. um no that's not how this works.

I seriously doubt there is some sort of system that rakes through names to confirm that legit identities are donating. The way it's worded turns it on the Obama campaign as if they specifically "let that one through" and that's nonsense when they're raking in thousands of dollars worth of donations.
