Completely Ridiculous Cybernetics That'd Be Fun

It's been a while since I've made a completely ridiculous thread, so I'll do so now.

So what kind of completely ridiculous cybernetics do you think it would be fun to have?

Some that come to mind are a jet engine installed in the butt, hands that could turn into circular saws, noses that turn into drills, and chainsaws that retract out of your... maybe I shouldn't say that one actually.

Keep in mind that even though cybernetics wouldn't be fun to have for the rest of your life, just pretend that they're temporary for the purpose of this thread.

Actually, you know what? I just want to be full-cybernetic. A complete android. Or cyborg. Whatever you call a human consciousness in a robot body. I want to be a goddamn mobile gundam ninja tank or something.

Also, I saw a movie once where a girl grew a rifle barrel out of her anus when she felt embarrassed and used it to shoot the bad guys. It was odd.

I wouldn't mind having a cybernetic eye which can see through things and identify threats to me.

I would also not mind having a cybernetic arm.

That gravity thing that Lightning has in FF13, is that cybernetics? I dunno.
