The idea was to be a huge annoying dick, announce my presence with style, and get the mafia to want to kill me. It worked, I think, and I may have saved two lives. We'll only know at the end of the game. I also alienated the town spectacularly and got Ninja'd so I'm not really going to chalk it up as a good plan! Particularly when Luneth is tarred with the same brush, which is unfortunate but she'll just have to deal with that, bless her. Though six thousand Del Murders is a catchphrase I am keeping, sorry.
