There are eighty-five threads on the first page of General Chat.

Fifteen of them are about food. That's just from reading titles and hover-over. That's not counting normal human discussions which degenerate into talking about food further in. I would have to literally re-read every post in those 85 threads to identify that.

At any given time, it seems to me there are more active discussions about food going on at EoFF than any other topic, including Final Fantasy. At a Final Fantasy message board.
